The BLUE ROCK 30 US are refrigerated removable pastry towers, with static positive cold and housed unit (GL), designed to receive 460x660 trays or grids. 

• Panels in white PVC or 304 stainless steel interior / 430 exterior, assembled by eccentric hooks and centerers.
• Single-block interior layout removable without tools
• Insulating panels in polyurethane foam. High pressure injection, thickness 60mm, density 42kg/m3.
• "Butterfly" opening of the doors facilitating the transfer of trays (reversible on site)
• Door seals in magnetic black TPE.
• Pivot hinges, maintained from 90° with door return when closed.
• Electronic regulator.
• Defrost water evaporation tray.
• Cataphoresis treated battery.
• H.T.A. housed unit (High Ambient Temperature +43°C maximum).
• Granite insulated from cold compartments.
• Fully removable range.
