Routhier Bakery Equipment – A Family Tradition Since 1919

For over 100 years, Routhier Bakery Equipment has been supporting artisan bakers and pastry chefs with expertise passed down through generations. Founded by J.A. Routhier in Marbleton, the company grew thanks to Gilles, his son, who developed a passion for bakery equipment, leading to the creation of Routhier + Fils.

Frederick, Gilles' son, took over the business, followed by his son Jeremy in 2019. In 2022, the company was renamed Routhier Bakery Equipment to prepare for the arrival of Naomi, Frederick's daughter, ensuring the continuity of this family legacy.

As an authorized distributor of renowned brands such as Pavailler, Bertrand Puma, CFI, and Belshaw, we offer a comprehensive range of bakery and pastry equipment: bread slicers, dividers, mixers, water chillers, donut equipment, proofers, and ovens.
